In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their furniture needs, ensuring a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that align with their preferences, needs, and budget.
• Offer product knowledge, explain features, and provide accurate information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with customers to create customized furniture solutions, including coordinating fabric choices, finishes, and styles.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
• Product Presentation and Merchandising:

• Maintain a visually appealing showroom by arranging furniture displays and ensuring products are organized and well-presented.
• Regularly update product information, pricing, and signage to reflect current promotions and sales.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in furniture sales and customer service is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
Knowledge of furniture products, features, and trends is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple customer inquiries and sales simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills to manage warehouse operations efficiently.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move furniture items.
